Scrum Master (Remote) from Romania

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team .

If you are based in Romania and open to a B2B collaboration, you can be the right candidate.

A SRL or PFA is a requirement to get into an agreement with Codertal.

We offer a payments between 100 to 500 euros/day, depending on project and your experience.

Requirements:

-Experience in a Scrum Master role

-Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum framework

-Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

-Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Experience in software development or software engineering is a plus

-Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

-Act as the Scrum Master for one or more development teams, guiding the team(s) on agile methodology, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and resolving impediments

-Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the team(s) are aligned on priorities and objectives

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve dependencies and risks

-Help to continuously improve agile processes and practices within the organization

-Coach team members and stakeholders on agile principles and best practices

Technologies:

-Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

-Jira or similar project management tools

-Collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

-Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools

-Cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
