Forms of collaboration
We are offering two forms of collaboration:

Our Scrum Master’s availability is:
– on a daily contract basis;
– part-time contract;
– full-time contract;
– A solid understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework and well-versed in the Scrum Guide;
– Able to inspire and empower team members to take ownership of their work and collaborate effectively;
– Able to communicate clearly and concisely with team members, stakeholders, and product owners.
– Able to facilitate meetings, such as sprint planning, daily scrums, and sprint retrospectives.
– Able to facilitate team discussions and decision-making processes, and guiding the team through conflict resolution and ensure that everyone is working together to achieve common goals.
– Able to supports the product owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring that the team has a clear understanding of the product vision and goals. They help the product owner to prioritize the backlog and communicate the priorities to the team.
– Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including the sprint planning meeting, daily Scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective;
– Ensuring that the team is following the Scrum framework and all processes are being executed as per the guidelines.
– Taking responsibility for removing any obstacles that are hindering the progress of the team. This includes identifying issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that the team has everything they need to complete the sprint.
– Coaching the Scrum team and helping them to become more efficient and effective in their work.
– Monitoring the progress of the team and ensuring that they are meeting the sprint goals, tracking the team’s velocity, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action when necessary.
